Application for Membership
Membership to the MMA is automatically included in the fall or spring conference registration fee. Those who are unable to attend either conference can join the MMA, or renew an existing membership by filling out the PDF form linked below, and sending it with check enclosed to the address noted on the form. Benefits of membership include:
